Refund policy

"Return" means "Exchange" : no refund is possible, as your jewellery is taylor-made for you.

The only reason why we accept a return is if your jewellery is damaged once you receive it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged at its reception. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. The jewel must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the parcel. It must be returned in its original packaging and unworn. SAHJ Jewellery is responsible for shipping costs in this case.

Rings cannot be exchanged.
 For a size change, a fee of CHF/EUR 40.00 will be charged. To notify SAHJ Jewellery of a size change, please fill in the form on the "contact" page.

 A return confirmation will be sent as soon as possible.
